What sets the ST6500 series apart from other thin clients is that it comes with an intrinsically secure, highly optimized, customizable Windows XP Embedded operating system ideal for embedding unique customer applications, customized Kiosk configurations, VMware® Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Citrix® Application Delivery and Microsoft® Windows Terminal Server software.

Based on recent IDC reports, thin clients are projected to represent an ever increasing amount of the desktop market. Much of this growth is due to virtual desktop technologies and use of thin clients in kiosk, and other self service applications.
