Teradici Expands PCoIP Optimized™ Client Portfolio with Dell

RANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Teradici, the developer of the PCoIP® protocol, today announced the addition of a new Dell Wyse D10DP thin client to its PCoIP Optimized client portfolio. Utilizing Teradici's PCoIP protocol, an innovative remote display technology that allows a user's desktop operating system, applications and data to reside in the datacenter, the Dell Wyse D10DP thin client is also equipped with WiFi connectivity, providing a flexible solution to organizations with limited access to a wired network such as remote offices with wireless access only.

By utilizing the PCoIP protocol, the Dell Wyse D10DP thin client complements the Dell Wyse P25 and P45 PCoIP zero clients, offering knowledge workers an extended set of features such as WiFi connectivity, multi-protocol support and the ability to access multiple PCoIP sessions concurrently. The Dell D10DP is complementary to a number of remote uses cases where wired LAN access is not available, for example kiosks, hospital stations and industrial warehouses.
