Licensing Windows in Multiuser Scenarios

New brief issued by Microsoft outlining acceptable licensing for Windows in multiuser scenarios. The obvious ones are the Ncomputing scenarios. Nice to see licensing finally formalized if only for Windows Server and Terminal Server.
