Energy - Five Myths Debunked
David R. -- It was great to read your sequential posts “Energy – Five PC power myths debunked” and “Classmate PC Architect Ditches Intel For NComputing”. Did you realize that NComputing has a valid claim to the greenest computing anywhere, since their X300 consumes only 1 watt per added user? Sure, shutting off a PC is important when it isn’t being used, but let’s also do something to substantially reduce consumption when they are being used.

Editor: Thanks! We would agree but please don't take our 24" Ultrasharps away from us :-) For reference I was just going thru the latest generation desktops for Dell and HP (Optiplex 760s and dc7900s). Dells are at 220W for the SFF and the dc7900 is at 135W.
