Job: GM for multinational touch screen manufacturer

Market Development Head,
Organization: Electronic and Communications Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and win accounts in target segments
• Sell company’s Touch systems value proposition.
• Provide customized solutions for local customers processes in the form of technologies, products and services by working closely with the EMEA BDMs and Global Labs
• Establish new channels and generate pull in activities to end users
• Implement sales and marketing goals
• Analyze the market and understand customer demands
• Capability to Manage Multiple Distributors’ network
• Organization and implementation of customer training
• Update and develop project lists
• Establish annual customer sales planning
• Uncover leads and deliver opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (Electronics Engineer or Computer Science) is a preference or Strong IT Knowledge and background
• Able to build strong customer ties and key account management skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage
• Knowledge of Touch & Display Market
• General Technical Industrial Business Development background
• Understand the local market culture
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently
• Project Management
• Able to work in a transnational business
• Multi-national experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to speak at conferences

Compensation and benefits:
Annual Basic salary : Dhs. 350,000.00
Annual Housing : Dhs. 175,000.00
Annual Transport : Dhs. 52,800.00
